Parcels or general cargo are usually delivered within one week of the delivery date. In the case of dispatch via a special forwarding agent (for safety storage cabinets and hazardous substance workstations), delivery is carried out regularly after all necessary delivery information (e.g. checklists) has been provided, on average within 10 working days after the provision date.
